Noticed a significant difference in how often I got stressed! The flavor is great and I would just add it to my morning drinks and go about my day! Quick and Easy and the packets make it easy to add to water at work if I��m running behind!

It��s wonderful I could sleep better I noticed it with in the first week of taking it daily.

The powder mixes into the water easily, and if you use just a tiny bit of water, the flavor might be more concentrated, but mixing with 6 ounces I didn't taste much. Bunkell isn't very transparent about where this product is sourced or manufactured, which is always troublesome with a supplement. Regardless, I��m excited to see if I notice any calming effects over time. I also really like that they come in convenient "drink mix in" packets, making it easy to take on the go. At the time of writing this review, you will receive 30 servings for just under 29 dollars. Coming in at about a dollar a serving, if this product is effective it would be a good value for the money.
